MULTIVITAMIN MIXES
Vitamins are essential for the normal growth of the body and to promote and maintain health.
The quantity of vitamins needed largely depends on some factors such as age and sex and lifestyle.
There are mainly two types of vitamins classified based on their solubility:
Both soluble and fat soluble vitamins do play a crucial role for our body, performing very important functions, among which you can find the strong antioxidant action of Vitamin C and E, the maintenance of eyes health played by Vitamin A, the promotion of bone calcification of Vitamin D and the crucial metabolic actions conducted by Vitamin B.
Though vitamins are so necessary for normal metabolism, they are not synthesized in the body or are synthesized in inadequate quantities. Consequently, vitamins must be obtained from the diet. Unfortunately modern bad nutrition habits (meals skimming, reduced meal times, reduced vegetable and fruit consumptions, etc) often determine a deficiency in vitamins, to be balanced through an adequate supplementary intake.
Suggested use: 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning, not with meals.

There are mainly two types of vitamins classified based on their solubility:
- water soluble (Vitamins of the B and C family) which our body eliminates very quickly through urine
- fat soluble vitamins (Vitamins of the A, D, E and K family), which are partly used by our body and partly stored in tissues.
